If resellers are to retain their titles as “trusted advisors”, they need to continually update themselves about clients’ business operations, deliver solutions that are best-in-class and tirelessly provide excellent support. To make this easier, Convey Services has enhanced its Convey Engage platform for master agents and vendors.

Hub & Spoke, the new addition to the Convey Engage platform, helps vendors manage their digital content assets on a single "Hub" site, while duplicating and delivering those assets to multiple master agent "Spoke" sites that they subscribe to.

“Our team works with their vendors to ensure they keep their catalogs refreshed with interesting and up-to-date content, training and promotions. We execute a communication strategy directly to their agents to motivate them to visit each sponsored site on a regular basis,” noted Carolyn Bradfield, CEO of Convey Services.

Resellers play an important role in the building and growing of businesses and build strong relationships with vendors. The ConveyEngage site is supported and funded by vendor partners, and is proving to be a “no cost, convenient way to keep resellers informed and engaged.” Convey Services organizes and delivers content, training, and promotions from manufacturers and vendor partners to resellers.

Launched initially within the telecommunications and IT space, the Convey Engage platform is seeing rapid adoption among master agents and their vendors. When vendors want to add any sales-related content to their catalogs, they need to log into the Convey Channel hub, and the rest is taken care of.

"Hub & Spoke automates and simplifies the process of managing and delivering content to multiple master agent Convey sites," said Bradfield.

Thus the new enhancement allows suppliers to engage channel resellers with up-to-date product information and training, while keeping distributors and brokers better informed to improve product sales and customer support.
