Icertis, a provider of enterprise Microsoft (News - Alert) Cloud solutions, has announced that Silverado Senior Living has selected Icertis Contract Management to handle its contracting needs.

ICM will help Silverado manage its contracting process at its Irvine, CA (News - Alert), headquarters, as well as its more than 40 locations across the United States. Silverado specializes in care for people with memory impairment, offering both memory care and hospice care in eight states. Silverado is slated to expand into Arizona, Illinois, Texas and Wisconsin.

ICM will help Silverado better manage risk and increase overall contractual compliance across its locations. The announcement comes just after Icertis rolled out a new version of ICM.
