Illinois-based Telecom Brokerage (News - Alert) Inc. (TBI), a leading master agent has been recently been recognized as a Top 50 Channel Program. Selected by loyal readers of Channel Partners magazine, the company sells over 60 distinguished vendors' products that include voice, data, cloud, Internet, wireless, hardware and managed services.

According to an article featured on the Channel Partners website, TBI was chosen from approximately 250 nominees that were made up of carriers, resellers, master agencies, and hardware and software vendors. Candidates for the Top 50 Channel Programs were derived from the 2011 listings of the Channel Partners Channel Program Guide, in addition to companies that nominated themselves and names that were submitted by satisfied customers.

“Once again, Channel Partners readers have taken the time to recognize the programs that best support their work," said Larry Lannon, Channel Partners’ group publisher in a statement. “Channel Partners is proud to honor these companies that set the standard for backing indirect partners selling network and IT services." 

Annually, Channel Partners requests that its readers tell them who in their opinion powers the communications industry’s 50 best indirect channel programs, with the most recent survey wrapping up in July. The responses were provided by 1,500 qualified channel partners, including master agents, subagents, independent agents, VARs, dealers, consultants and brokers.

Some of other companies that were recognized in the Channel Partners Top 50 Channel Program include Telegration (News - Alert), Venture Group, Intellisys and PlanetOne.
