Today the Deadline for Free CRM from Infusion Contest

Today, April 4, Friday, is the last day to submit an entry to Infusion's "Edge of Success" contest.
 
"We are looking for videos and blog posts that promote our e-book The Edge of Success: 9 Building Blocks to Double Your Sales," Infusion officials say. One small business will be selected to win Infusion CRM free for an entire year, they add, "the dedicated assistance of our entire marketing team and a guarantee to double your sales in three short months."
 
Runner-up prizes will be awarded in the categories of Most Creative, Most Compelling, Funniest, Best Special Effects (videos only) and Most Likely to Win an Academy Award (videos only).
 
Runners-up receive Infusion's Marketing Automation Toolkit, which includes presentations from business and marketing gurus such as Michael Gerber, John Jantsch, Ramon Ray, Brent Leary and others.
 
To enter the contest, entrants must submit either a 60-second video or a blog post reacting to the book. The winner will receive Infusion CRM, Web-based automated marketing and customer relationship management designed for entrepreneurs, free for a year with what Infusion officials say is "a built-in guarantee that within three months Infusion Software (News - Alert) will help the winner double their sales."
 
The eBook is available as a download at http://www.infusionblog.com/the-edge. "We're so confident in our software that we're going to prove that it can double a small business' sales in three months, guaranteed," said Dave Lee, Vice President of Marketing for Infusion Software.
 
In January Infusion Software, which styles itself a vendor of CRM software "for True Small Businesses," launched its Infusion Certified Consultant channel program.
 
The software is designed to "meet the needs of this market with a new channel partner program for Certified Consultants," the Infusionistas say. These outside vendors will sell and implement Infusion CRM to TSBs.

"Alliances play a critical part in Infusion's overall business strategy," said Clate Mask, President and CEO of Infusion. The Infusion Certified Consultant program will be led by Adam Ross (News - Alert), Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

"This program will increase Infusion Software's market penetration," said Ross, saying Ross intends to "recruit the right amount of partners, without saturating any markets."
 
Earlier this year Infusion hired Ross as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Infusion officials say, Ross will oversee business development, "including channel partnerships and strategic alliances for Infusion Software."
 
The company wants to increase its visibility to "trusted advisors, Infusion Certified Consultants, third-party independent software vendors, embedded software partners and key strategic alliances," company officials say.
