Angel.com, a supplier of interactive voice response (IVR) and call center solutions, will host a Best Practices webinar on Wednesday, July 18 at 2 pm titled “Real-Time Data, Real-Time Results: Improving Productivity With Voice Applications.”
The webinar will highlight how a global non-profit organization, the International Republican Institute (IRI), leveraged Angel.com voice applications to collect data from field representatives, even in remote locations. Shawn Beighle of the IRI will discuss how his organization has increased the productivity of field agents, enhanced the timeliness and accuracy of data collection, and improved the delivery of results by relying on the expertise of Angel.com.
