In continuing with last week’s discussion on the benefits of Interactive Voice Response, or “IVR,” provider, Angel.com’s mass notification platform can assist users in communicating with the world.
In addition to the ability to reach anyone, anywhere, with personalized messages, Angel.com officials said that the system can embed inbound phone numbers into calls, e-mail and text messages, providing a user with a choice to direct to an IVR system or a live agent call center.
“This option provides additional, automated information to the community without taxing other emergency communication resources,” company officials said.
So, when an individual wants to include a callback phone number in an outbound call, text message or e-mail, unnecessary calls to a 911 system or other emergency connection. And, if a user wants to include the option for a customer to transfer to a specific department, the operational process can improve for all companies using this system.
Delivered as an on-demand service, costs that would otherwise accrue from a non-cloud based system, such as Web servers, hardware or hosting requirements, are eliminated.
“The Angel.com Mass Notification Solution also seamlessly integrates with CRM systems, backend databases or other external service platforms,” company officials said. “Angel.com [also] complies with PIC and HIPPA guidelines for security and privacy.”
With access to the new notification system anytime – no matter day or night, weekday or weekend – the robust reporting engine provides continual access to campaign results.
According to company officials, having real-time access allows customers to understand message delivery status, response rates and more.
“Customers can analyze campaigns with the click of a mouse, sort and filter campaign details and produce campaign charts,” Angel.com officials said.
