These days, some Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and live contact centers are frustrating for customers, especially mobile customers who want faster, more seamless transactions. So, businesses and consumers alike are searching for ways to leverage smartphones in order to improve self-service IVR and live support.
Fortunately, agents that use Radish System LLC’s ChoiceView Live Agent software now have the ability to send visual data during a phone call with mobile users. Mobile users see the visual information, can save it to history, and can send photos and video snippets as part of the session. Radish Visual IVR is all about taking self-service to the next dimension because people want improved self-service.
“The mobile market has grown so we are solving this mobile customer support issue, providing a way for enterprises to support their customers mobile,” Radish Systems (News - Alert) CEO Theresa Szczurek told TMCnet in a recent interview. “We are leveraging the power of mobile devices in real-time over network in real-time.”
In fact, Radish Systems is even joining the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado (EFCO), which allows start-up entrepreneurs to contribute to the long-term sustainability of Colorado by pledging to share their future success with local nonprofits with over 50 other Front Range companies of Colorado.
EFCO is a network of Colorado entrepreneurs whose companies have joined together to give back and share their success, which they do by gifting a portion of their founding equity or yearly profits to the community.
"EFCO is a good fit for companies in early stages of development who want to build giving back into their core values but don’t have the capacity to build their own program,” said Nicole Glaros, managing director of TechStars and an EFCO Board Member. “So many of our companies benefit from the generosity of others through mentoring and networking. EFCO provides them with a venue for paying some of that back via support for the community."
In 2007, a group of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, lawyers, and The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County created the EFCO in order to work with local entrepreneurs to help endow Colorado. Founding members include Rally Software, Foundry Group, TechStars, Symplified, Tendril, and many others.
"Even as an early stage company, we can plan to give back to our community by gifting a portion of our founding equity to EFCO. It’s a positive way to demonstrate our core values and commitment to the Colorado community,” commented Szczurek.
