IVR Service Provider Receives Platinum VAR Title

Global payment processing service provider TSYS Acquiring Solutions has recognized IVR Technology Group (ITG) as a Platinum VAR.

ITG provides intelligent voice response services and solutions. The company says it has earned this title because of the extensive benefits it has added to TSYS's processing platform. This title will help ITG to educate merchants and in turn provides TSYS with leading-edge integrated payment technology.

ITG has interfaced its proprietary Pay-by-Phone (News - Alert) Virtual Terminal into the TSYS TransIT processing platform and notes that this terminal can accept payment information through the phone.Due to this capability this terminal can easily expand accessibility and convenience for merchants and their customers.
