Ytel Provides IVR Service with its New Feature Offering

For those of you who are not familiar with Ytel they are a telephone service provider that runs a service similar to VoIP only based on the companies own private networks. The company has announced today the release of a wide range of new features for their customers. The company is launching this new line in an attempt to expand it offerings and give business of all sizes what they need. A full list of the features that the company offers clients include: Enterprise Call Center, Predictive Dialer, Sip Trunking, Voice Broadcasting, White Label, Predictive Dialer, Voice Broadcasting, Enterprise Call Center, SIP Trunking, White Label Resellers, IVR Testing, and a Call Tracking Dashboard.


The company describes that service in the following terms, "We are now offering White Label versions of our Predictive Dialer and our Voice Broadcasting Dialer.  White label from YTel allows you to have a custom interface with your company logo and colors.  We also offer Unlimited User Plans for companies looking to resell the platform as their own."Ytel has been in service for the last 12 years. While the company focused on larger companies, such as fortune 500's primarily, the company opened up its services to small businesses. The company has its network, which as multiple redundant data centers, monitored by Cisco (News - Alert) Certified Engineers in order to ensure that call quality and security are as strong as possible. Though these kinds of precautions are necessary when you are billing your service as more secure than traditional VoIP offerings.
