As countries around the world continue to develop their network infrastructure to deliver broadband services, regional companies look for distribution agreements to supply their customers with the right technology. Yealink, global unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider, has entered into such a distribution agreement with Russia’s Inter so it can sell its wide range of communications solutions.

The Yealink (News - Alert) One-stop UC Terminal Solution is designed to simplify the integration of voice, video and data in a platform that can be deployed easily. This is especially important in developing countries where the support system may not be as strong as in developed nations.

Inter has been distributing video conferencing solution in Russia as part of its overall product line. And this agreement will give the company the ability to provide its partners and other customers access to Yealink’s line of products.  Additionally, Yealink will be providing a complete support system for Inter.

This will include technical advice, training and operational support. But it will also provide Inter with the assistance it needs in scaling installed system so it can provide demo equipment along with warehouse stock products. This type of comprehensive support ensures future customers will have all the help they need when they purchase a Yealink device in Russia.

"We were looking for a manufacturer, whose products will meet the needs of our partners with their budgetary decisions in videoconferencing. Now our partners have the opportunity to choose video conferencing equipment with value and functionality in their own country,” said the commercial director of Inter Ilya Madorskiy.

Yealink provides IP phones in more than 100 countries and regions around the world with a product range that includes videoconferencing systems, conference phones, wired IP-phones, cordless DECT (News - Alert) phones and accessories.

The video collaboration line of platforms deliver full-HD video conferencing with multi-point video collaboration across various network environments and on multiple devices. This allows participants to be anywhere and join a video conference on their smart mobile device along with other individuals around the world.

The VC120 and VC400 are two video conferencing systems the company introduced in March of this year. They have broadcast-quality video with 1080p resolution and video at 30 frames per second. They also support dual-monitors, screen sharing, recording from a USB device and SIP and H.323 interoperability.
