Yealink Adds Technical Support Platform to Offerings

When one purchases a vehicle, we do so with the understanding that over time problems may arise. A dealership can’t predict flat tires, accidents or engine failure, but what they can do is offer support. If there is an issue, go back to the dealer to fix it. While cars are much different than unified communications (UC) terminal solutions the premise still holds true.


Today Yealink (News - Alert) announced the launch of its Technical Support Platform, to ensure that Yealink customers and service providers have positive interactions that result in satisfying results.

The platform offers users an intuitive and easy to use interface composed of help resources and various downloads. Comprised of Download, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and a Forum, support can be found, and resolution reached by visiting this one-stop help shop.

One can begin by entering a term or keyword into the platform’s search engine and, in seconds relevant and helpful resources will be available at the click of a mouse.

Users can download video information, administrator guides, data sheets as well as other resources from the Download module.  The FAQ module is host to instructions and solutions based on common questions. The Forum section was designed to allow users to share experiences, solutions, give feedback and take part in Yealink polls. And, if unsure of your product’s information, one can search by image or model name to check specifications.

Yealink’s Technical Support Platform provides users an outlet to seek out and find resources. Where many of today’s customers demand a self-service option, this new release provides just that.  As mentioned above, one never knows when there is a nail in the road or the alternator is going to go—it pays to have support.
