The growth of VoIP communications among both consumers and businesses alike has sparked the need for quality, feature-rich IP phones to go along with it. Five of Yealink’s IP phones can now be automatically configured and managed by Innovative Systems’ APMAX Automated Configuration Services (ACS (News - Alert)), which allows users to manage groups of multi-brand SIP phones from the same user interface that manages other enhanced voice services. ACS offers the option of provisioning quantities of SIP phones from an office or from a customer’s location, right out of the box. The APMAX Web Portal option gives customers the opportunity to change key phone settings for any of the SIP phones provisioned through the ACS service.

Yealink’s IP phones now available for ACS management are the T22P, T26P, T28P, T32G and T38G. Yealink joins 10 other manufacturers and more than 40 different SIP devices that the ACS can manage and maintain firmware updates for.

Innovative Systems is a developer and provider of software and hardware for the independent telecommunications industry. By utilizing its APMAX UI, service providers can set up the provisioning and management of the individual subscribers network of SIP phones.

Yealink’s T22P is an enterprise HD IP phone that features an intuitive user interface and enhanced functionality for making user interaction and operation easy and efficient. The T26P is also an enterprise HD IP phone that is designed for maximum functionality and efficiency in everyday business environments. The T28P is a next-generation VoIP phone designed for business users who need rich telephony features, a friendly user interface and HD voice quality.
