IP Phone Maker Yealink Turns Crisis into Opportunity with Gigabit Color Phone

By Stefanie Mosca, TMCnet Managing Editor

With the economy still in a relatively unstable state, businesses are still going to great lengths to cut corners where they can to minimize costs while at the same time maintaining efficiency for business processes or internal communications.Luckily, IP phone maker Yealink takes these factors into consideration when designing and manufacturing its latest IP phone offerings. Take Yealink’s T3XG Gigabit Color Phone (News - Alert), for example, which provides the same advanced IP telephony features as competitor desktop phones on the market today at a much lower price point.

The T3xG is based on Yealink’s T2x series but is equipped with Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet for a faster more advanced communications experience. The new series including the T38G and T32G caters to different target groups with diversified communication needs, aiming to bring innovative choice to business users demanding collaborative communication.

The T3xG Gigabit Color IP Phone series includes Gigabit Ethernet switches and supports PoE and IPv6. With built-in GigE switching, Yealink’s T3xG features Gigabit Ethernet switches to eliminate network bottlenecks between Internet and the PC, ensuring the benefit of full GigE connectivity and saving the deployment cost of a GigE environment, according to Yealink (News - Alert).

With its TI Aries chipset and TI voice engine, the T3xG provides a high voice quality and possesses a high-resolution TFT-LCD screen supporting 262K colors and an intuitive user interface.

By supporting PoE, the T3xG allows businesses to get rid of tedious wiring that is necessary in most desktop phones since the new offering provides power using an Internet cable. The T3xG series also ensures a smooth transition to next generation communication by supporting IPv6, further saving the cost of network deployment.

The IP phone maker stands behind the T3XG as a forward-looking design phone, paving the way for Yealink phones of the future as it not only allows companies a smooth transition to the most recent technology and industry standards, but it also integrates the latest functionalities that allows the device to update its software automatically as technology advances.

Furthermore, the Yealink T3xG has been chosen as the leading choice of IP phones from its customer base and has currently been deployed in Egypt PGESCO power, Italy's ELSAG airport, The Chedi Muscat and the Oman hotel among other global users.
