The Auto Exposure and Auto White Balance algorithms power the Image Sensor Processor (News - Alert) and “ensure high-fidelity video qualities and match Digital Still Camera color grade in wide range of light environments,” company officials say.

The camera comes with H.264 real-time video compression (720p resolution), which provides pretty good image clarity at low-to-modest bandwidth, as well as SIP/VoIP for full duplex 2-way audio and video streaming to mobile phones and video phones.

A couple weeks ago, TMC’s Stefanie Mosca wrote that Grandstream Networks (News - Alert), a manufacturer of IP multimedia phones as well as video surveillance options, announced its latest partnership with i2V, a provider of intelligent surveillance tools based in India.

Under their agreement, the certification of Grandstream’s ONVIF-compliant IP video cameras and encoders will become integrated with i2V’s security/surveillance systems to create more complete and intelligent video surveillance solutions for SMBs, SMEs and enterprise customers.

According to company officials, the integration of i2V with Grandstream’s extensive range of GXV36xx Series IP Cameras and GXV35xx IP video encoders will offer flexible options to customers when choosing the right combination of IP cameras, Video Management Software and Video Analytics.
