IT departments today are tasked with overseeing a company’s network and ensuring it meets the necessary technology standards while doing so with less resources than in the past.  So, they are expected to produce a network accessible from anywhere and at anytime with the scalability and architecture to grow and adapt to business’ needs. The best way to leverage technology to improve customer service, advance communications and better operations all together is through IP communications.

Old and outdated legacy systems are far too rigid, expensive and ‘permanent’ to meet the needs of a growing business today. With IT’s proverbial hands tied by budgetary and staff restraints, the solution appears to be through the use of a common IP infrastructure.  By migrating layers of networks, enterprises are offered higher productivity, flexibility and save money in the process.

A Reportbuyer offering shed some light on the growth of the North American IP market. The market saw its user base grow by a million in each of the last two years, and this expansion will increase revenue.  Growth will continue through 2020 due to growing confidence in the cloud and VoIP services.  As the market matures, it will do so through mergers and acquisitions in a race to increase reach and capabilities.

A provider like ANPI (fresh off its three product of the year awards) can offer expertise and technology as a leading provider of IP communications services to enterprises. The ANPI VIP platform features the use of ANPI’s nationwide network, unlimiting calling (foreign and domestic) and an administration panel that allows complete one person control over the entire system. Deployment is fast, easy and cost-effective as there are no surprises when it comes to maintenance. This type of deployment can save an enterprise up to 50 percent on communication costs.

Only time will tell how many companies move from legacy, on-premises to hosted systems but the benefits seem clear enough to produce an exodus.
