Cloud-based video conferencing helps companies in many ways. It brings the salient features of video conferencing at an affordable cost. This is because companies do not have to invest in hardware, infrastructure, and network is needed in large scale deployments.

Obviously, many companies are going the cloud way for video collaboration solutions. The market for this domain seems ripe with increased customer acceptance and advancement in cloud based video conferencing technologies.

Exploring the opportunities in this field, ZTE (News - Alert) Corporation has entered into a partnership with Blue Jeans Network according to a report in ItProPortal. This partnership will allow the customers of both the companies to utilize cloud based video conferencing technologies to their advantage and connect to each other ZTE VCS products.

Uniform user experience is a key factor in video collaboration solutions. If the users do not have uniform experience, that can dampen the whole process. The partnership between ZTE and Blue Jeans Network promises to provide a uniform user experience over the cloud and make the video conferencing process more enjoyable.

The video communications solution by Blue Jeans Network makes video conferencing less cumbersome and more rewarding for the users. No wonder the company has some high profile clients like Facebook (News - Alert), Foursquare, Match.com, and Stanford University for its unique solutions.

“As a long-time pioneer in video collaboration services and the leader in interoperability, we saw partnering with Blue Jeans Network as a natural and seamless fit,” said Qian Min, General Manager of ZTE UC&C. “After seeing the success that Blue Jeans Network has had, we believe working together will be beneficial in expanding our reach and enable us to provide more options to our customers.”

Recently, ZTE unveiled the first ever smart visual collaboration solution at an event. With this, the company seeks to transform "functional VCS" to "smart VCS."
