Integrated Communications Provider TNCI Focused on Clients

When AT&T announced last year that TNCI (News - Alert), a telecommunications provider, signed a multi-year wholesale contract with AT&T for a suite of communications services, TNCI officials said it would enable them to provide an expanded portfolio of voice and data services to its customers.


TNCI, which sells a range of products through its nationwide independent agent channel to small and medium businesses, said under the agreement AT&T (News - Alert) would specifically provide: AT&T Network Connection, AT&T Voice Over Internet Protocol Connect Service and AT&T Private Network Transport service to TNCI.

Company officials saw the deal as part of their offering customers “focused opportunities for success.”

Inside the TNCI portfolio currently on offer are a range of products including local and long distance service, audio/Web conferencing, dedicated IP, integrated voice and data services, private line, frame relay, and enhanced network tool.

“With our carefully orchestrated range of services and our committed teams, TNCI helps to eliminate the obstacles organizations might face working with other communications providers. At TNCI we clear the path for your success,” company officials said recently.

In business since 1991, TNCI sells telecommunications backed up by almost twenty years of industry experience and stability, company officials say, adding that “now more than ever,” they see “unique opportunities” in the market for their customers:

“As other telecommunications providers come and go, TNCI continues to prove we are here to stay, in part due to the 30 years of marketing leadership and financial success of our parent company, Trans National Group.”

TNCI officials describe the company as “profitable and financially solid.”

Team TNCI “delivers telecom professionals with extensive professional, industry, and TNCI experience focused on providing an unsurpassed level of Customer service and support,” company officials say.

Their field-based Agent Managers and Agent Support Team provides Agent Partners with support “to help our customers determine the right combination of products and services for their organization. TNCI Sales Application Engineers and Technical Service Specialists provide added support and direction for our complete data product line.”

Company officials say this is to ensure that customers “receive technical assistance with all aspects of their telecommunications infrastructure, from selecting the right mix of product solutions, to coordination and network design.”
