Nothing is more important today than security. For both business and personal use, having a secure place to communicate and conduct business is critical.
With the increase in cloud offerings, it’s become trickier to ensure that security is happening. New applications and cloud service models are shifting the way traffic is flowing in the enterprise. To give better visibility into possible threats, it’s become necessary to employ robust security measures.
Cloud security provider Netskope is doing just that with its recent partnership with SD-WAN company Viptela.
By integrating their offerings, customers will get a unified WAN for on-premise and cloud applications along with the assurance that necessary security is in place too.
The new Hybrid WAN solution also means customers can access the Internet right from the branch without having to worry about putting security at risk.
With the Netskope cloud-scale security platform it’s possible to understand any risky activities that might be happening and stop online threats by responding to incidents properly.
The Viptela SEN not only reduces deployment times for new applications but it also boosts application performance and even cuts down WAN operational costs.
“We are excited to partner with Viptela to enable Fortune 500 customers to enable new network and security architectures that enable secure access to cloud services,” said Amol Kabe, VP Emerging Products, Netskope. “Netskope is about allowing the enterprise to safely enable their users to work no matter where they are. Security that follows the user and protects the enterprises' most critical assets whether on premises or off premises is now possible.”
