Birmingham, U.K. is home to the “Peaky Blinders” and business services provider Wavenet, who today announced that it has selected Broadsoft to provide hosted unified communications (UC) services. The announcement means that moving forward BroadSoft’s (News - Alert) BroadCloud managed services is available to Wavenet’s channel partners and customers.

Wavenet offers core telephony services to over 20,000 users and has over 2,000 customers in the U.K. The growing popularity of cloud-based services has created quite the demand, and Wavenet is ready to answer the call with BroadSoft’s offerings—allowing for quick deployment of hosted software and services.

Its partnership with BroadSoft lends Wavenet the flexibility, mobility and security it seeks. As competitive as the hosted space is, it is integral that solutions can be quickly deployed to meet the growing demand in the market.
