VoIP solutions provider New Global Telecom (NGT) announced today announced that it has been selected as a hosting partner by Apptix.

 

Apptix, which provides on-demand messaging and collaboration solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), chose NGT as part of a joint partnership with BroadSoft, in order to provide a new portfolio of VoIP applications.

 

Those applications include hosted IP-PBX, voice conferencing, and voicemail-to-email integration.

 

NGT plays a key role in delivering Apptix’s new services, since it is a provider of wholesale hosted VoIP solutions based on BroadSoft’s platform.

 

Apptix’s CEO, Amir Hudda, commented in a press release that: “On-demand voice applications are becoming increasingly important for SMB customers seeking a cost-effective, yet scalable solution, and Apptix is primed to seize this opportunity.”

 

According to the press release, Apptix’s new portfolio of voice services will be launched during the fourth quarter of 2006.
