Wholesale hosted VoIP provider New Global Telecom (NGT) today announced the availability of Volume 2 in its S.M.A.R.T. VoIP informational series designed to help service providers expand and retain their share in the Small- and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) market.

 

Print editions of the first two volumes in the three-part series are being showcased next week at IP Summit 2006 (co-located with GLOBALCOMM 2006 in Chicago).

 

S.M.A.R.T. VoIP Volume 2 focuses on acquisition of SMB end-users through the creation of value propositions “that resonate with target prospects,” NGT said in a press release.
