REVE Systems Takes Customer Care to the Next Level

The company that advertises itself as a global operation doesn’t often take this concept to heart. Offering a product that can be delivered around the world or a service available through the cloud is a great first step, but unless that company can deliver the client care behind the brand, the concept of “global” only goes so far.


Many consumers have experienced the typical roadblock of the company that outsources its customer care to a location where an agent can’t communicate well in the consumer’s primary language. Getting customer support from an agent with an accent so thick his English doesn’t sound like English at all causes frustration for the consumer and damages the brand.

One company believes this approach isn’t good enough to warrant the description as a global company. Removing this communication gap is a critical step for a communication company. If REVE Systems hopes to dominate a fast-growing industry with solutions that directly address consumer challenges, customer support has to be second to none. This effort means the company can reach a greater scope of service providers and their customers, making it easier to implement mobile VoIP from REVE to achieve their goals.

As the demand for mobile VoIP continues to grow, so too do the efforts of this provider. Speaking the language of the consumer base is just the first step.
