Dialtel Brings the Benefits of Wholesale Voice Broadcasting through The Dialer Cloud

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Dialtel, a provider of voice broadcasting services and a hosted predictive dialer, now delivers the benefits of wholesale voice broadcasting in the form of a new premises-based dialer service called The Dialer Cloud.

The Dialer Cloud combines the benefits of hosting on the cloud with the benefits of owning software, according to company officials. The Web-based service interacts with the dialer, so customers will manage their entire account from the Web while the dialer will do all the hard work. As a result, Dialtel is relieved from SIP termination.

The company also offers software upgrades free of charge to customers. When customers purchase a dialer from Dialtel, they will be able to achieve true Wholesale Voice Broadcasting rates.

The benefits of cloud-based voice broadcasting services are many. The biggest advantage is that customers can utilize an existing network and save money by eliminating the need to purchase expensive equipment and sign contracts.

According to company officials, the biggest cost to the network is the hosting of the media to handle the advanced functions such as playing audio files, recording phone calls and capturing DTMF responses. By selling the dialer hardware to the customer, Dialtel acts as a host for the Web portion of the service while freeing the customer to connect to any carrier they wish. Customers simply purchases the dialer from Dialtel and they can connect it to The Dialer Cloud.

Dialtel dialers are available in different ranges, from 12-48 lines for home and office connections and 96-600 lines for enterprise customers. The real advantage of Dialter dialers, however, goes to smaller customer running up to 48 lines out of the home or office. When the dialer line count exceeds 48 lines, the system would need to be hosted in a data center.

Customers also get a free evaluation on the product. The company will evaluate the cost of purchasing a dialer against the cost of hosting on Greendialer, its hosted dialer service. They will suggest the path that costs the customer the least amount of money.
