Digerati's Enhanced VoIP Service Increases Value Proposition of Cloud-Based Applications

Its cloud dialer was designed to meet the needs of businesses with call center or telesales departments, and automatically initiates an outbound call, distinguishes between a live person answer and answering machine or voicemail system, then transfers “live” calls to a call center agent. The cloud-based system increases sales productivity and is ideal for Digerati’s customers seeking to boost the effectiveness of sales campaigns without having to invest in additional equipment or infrastructure.

The new product, enabled by recent upgrades to the company’s operational support system, allows businesses to reduce calling costs in the U.S. while taking advantage of Digerati’s Only in The Cloud communication services. The new routing and rating system provides the company with the ability to obtain the lowest cost route for calls in the U.S. and Canada by local exchange provider, resulting in savings for business customers without sacrificing quality while maximizing margins for Digerati.
