Cyber M@rketing Services/CRMXchange, an online destination for the exchange of information and ideas for CRM and Contact Center professionals, revealed a new series of live webcasts via their Technology Innovation Showcase.
The Technology Innovation Showcase is a monthly program featuring live presentations on products by leading solution providers. The 20-minute live webcasts will include detailed demonstrations, application-specific case studies and implementation procedures as well as a Q&A session at the end of the presentation. These webcasts are designed to enable companies to learn more about new applications to help them operate more efficiently and improve the customer experience.
“We have not previously hosted online product demonstrations but the escalating demand for solutions that enable companies to differentiate themselves by providing better customer experience, coupled with audience requests for access to detailed information on updated applications made this new program a natural extension of our offerings,” Sheri Greenhaus, managing partner of CRMXchange, said in a statement.
As indicated, the Technology Innovation Showcase series will start from Thursday, January 31st with Five9 (News - Alert), a specialist in cloud contact center software, presenting “How to Build a Contact Center in 20 Minutes."
Chris Miller, director of Sales Engineering at Five9, will conduct a dynamic demonstration of the Five9 Virtual Contact Center Suite, that will allow companies to respond to shifting business priorities and quickly set up new routing queues that enable skill-based call transfer, automatic callback and more.
In another release, CRMXchange announced that the year 2012 the attendance for three of its events - Best Practices conferences on Multi Channel, Quality Assurance and Speech Analytics and Workforce Management and Performance Optimization, has seen an increase of 17 percent as compared to last year.
