Noble Systems Announces Acquisition of Assets from TelStar Hosted Services

Noble Systems Corporation, a major player in unified contact center technology solutions, has acquired assets from TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services, Inc, a CaaS contact center technology multi-vendor provider offering blended services, predictive dialer capabilities, automated voice messaging and more.


"We welcome TelStar Hosted clients and partners and look forward to offering them the stability, security and commitment to innovation that comes with the Noble Systems (News - Alert) brand," said James K. Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems, in a statement.

"As an established market leader in hosted contact center services, we are well-positioned to integrate TelStar Hosted's assets and technology and help its customers succeed on day one," said Noble.

TelStar Hosted is an established provider of TouchStar (News - Alert) Hosted Services (a former division of TouchStar Software Corporation, which was acquired by Noble Systems in 2009).

Officials with Noble Systems Corporation said that moving forward, TelStar Hosted will offer the compsny’s cloud-based and hybrid premise/cloud solutions through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.

James P. Dunn, CEO, TelStar Hosted and a longtime executive at various technology and telecommunications firms, will join Noble Systems to lead client onboarding and transition efforts.

"TelStar Hosted clients are gaining more than just security and support as a result of this transition," said Dunn.

Dunn said that Noble Systems is a global leader in innovation, investing significant resources in anticipating the challenges and opportunities their clients face and working with them to find solutions.

Earlier in September, Noble Systems Corporation had announced that it has acquired assets from ALI Solutions, Inc (formerly Austin Logistics (News - Alert)), provider of contact center decisioning and analytics applications and technology partner to 5 of the top 10 largest global banks.

The transaction includes all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI’s award-winning flagship suite of contact center solutions.
