TouchStar CCS Reseller to Continue Operations Despite Noble Acquisition

It seems as if TouchStar’s recent acquisition of certain assets to Noble Systems, a contact center solutions company, will benefit Manchester-based reseller Telecom Applications, trading as TouchStar (News - Alert) Call Center Software.

The acquisition will provide TouchStar users with the further experience and resources provided through Noble’s enterprise-level call center presence.

David Fricker (News - Alert), managing director, TouchStar Call Center Software, said that, as TouchStar Corp. grew as an organization, the TouchStar provider grew exponentially.

TouchStar CCS has been the exclusive reseller of the TouchStar suite of products for five years – in which time the company has experienced remarkable growth.

The U.K.-based reseller, with its recent nomination as a finalist at the National Business Awards, will continue sales in the United Kingdom, supporting the TouchStar product line that has gauged so much success for the company over the years.

Additionally, the reseller is current working on opening new offices in the London area.

“We see the Noble Systems (News - Alert) acquisition as a great opportunity to introduce further products and services to United Kingdom customers,” Fricker said, adding that the company has retained complete independence as the exclusive United Kingdom reseller of the TouchStar product.

Additionally, technical support will remain the same, or even improve, with the added resources now available from the Noble acquisition.

Colin Chave, general manager of Noble Systems EMEA, said that Telecom Applications and TouchStar Call Center Software have been the successful resellers of the TouchStar product range for many years.

The TouchStar brand will be retained globally as part of Noble’s solution portfolio, allowing TouchStar customers to have an easy shift into the change brought on by the acquisition.

Additionally, TouchStar clients will be introduce to a suite of advanced technologies including Workforce Management, Desktop Unification and unified contact technology, as well as Noble’s trademark SIPhony IT-ready solution.

With the obvious surge in interest in the reseller market, it seems as though the acquisition and security of Telecom Applications retention of the TouchStar CCS product comes at an opportune time.

TouchStar CCS will announce further details to customers at their annual User Group Conference at the Hilton Hotel, Manchesterm on October 8, 2009.
