New inContact Partnership Expected to Reap Benefits

With the ubiquity of the cloud growing every day, it only makes sense that its prominence in the call center arena would be expanding. And that would seem to be just one of the many reasons for a new partnership that has brought together two giants in their respective fields.


inContact, a well-recognized leader in the cloud contact center solutions space, just announced it has formed a partnership with Outbox, a company that provides cloud solutions for the global enterprise.

Together, the two companies are expected to reach even greater heights. As Outbox CEO Ryan Westwood noted in a release about the plan, “We see tremendous opportunity with inContact, [and] are excited about opening another channel that has more opportunities around our core competencies.”

According to Outbox, inContact understands the unique challenges that thousands of contact centers across the country face in the digital age.

“For this reason, their proprietary technologies and innovative cloud solutions allow organizations to monitor and manage multi-channel communications through one incredibly flexible platform,” the company said. “Customer feedback can be significantly improved by utilizing inContact’s universal cloud queue to create and manage interactions with customers via phone, chat, text, email, or social media.”

According to the two companies, by leveraging this partnership Outbox will be able to design, build, and sell a complete enterprise contact management system from the ground up. “By integrating inContact’s solutions with other CRMs, Outbox can create streamlined systems that manage all of the pertinent company and sales information an organization uses through one data pipeline in real-time,” the company added in a statement.

The move is just the latest by Outbox to grow its user base. The company reportedly continues to add additional partnerships with varying emphases and industry expertise to enhance its portfolio and continues to offer high-caliber cloud solutions. For its part, inContact’s powerful contact solutions, strong industry experience, and innovative cloud technologies have helped thousands of businesses create more flexible and efficient mechanisms for managing their contact information.
