Oracle Automates Deployment of Complex Business Policies to Support Customers

Oracle (News - Alert) is automating the management and deployment of complex business policies that support customers with the introduction of new capabilities in Oracle RightNow Cloud Service. The new release is part of the Oracle Cloud and is a unique cross-channel cloud service and support solution that offers a high level of rapid delivery and easy maintenance of complex business policies.   


Organizations can save a significant amount of money by using Oracle RightNow Policy Automation as it helps their policy experts to manage policies and updates efficiently. Oracle RightNow Policy Automation also enables organizations to effectively deliver answers to customer questions over the Web.  

“With the latest release of Oracle RightNow Cloud Service, organizations can rapidly respond to customer needs and fast-changing business policies,” said David Vap, group vice president Products, Oracle, in a statement.
