Symmetrics Intros Call Center Program for Telephony Partners with Hosted Solutions

Symmetrics Business Intelligence has launched a comprehensive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) program for software and telephony technology partners. The program has been designed to help vendors bundle the enabling technologies now and be able to expand their reporting and data integration capabilities in the future with the same OEM partner.


“This OEM program gives our partners the opportunity to embed powerful reporting and analysis features directly into their own software products or hosted solutions, as well some platform technologies that can help with behind-the-scenes data integration for applications such as workforce management, customer relationship management, and voice analytics,” said Richard McElroy, Symmetrics’ president and chief operating officer.

Symmetrics Business Intelligence provides reporting and analysis solutions for contact centers. The company has included in its program many of its applications and enabling technologies that help in the reporting and analysis of data from a variety of contact center systems from vendors such as Avaya (News - Alert), and Cisco.

Through this initiative, Symmetrics is offering its products for bundling by third-party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telephony-related manufacturers, and cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) providers.

The “Powered by Symmetrics” OEM program includes several features such as nVISION On Demand; nVISION Contact Center Reporting & Analysis Suite; nVISION Data Mart; nVISION Real-Time; and nVISION Data Bridges.

nVISION On Demand is a cloud-based SaaS solution that allows “mashable” BI functionality and content to be embedded directly inside of OEM partners’ systems and applications.

nVISION Contact Center Reporting & Analysis Suite can be bundled with any contact center system or application with an underlying database system.

The nVISION Data Mart is a data warehouse optimized for the analysis and reporting of call center data; nVISION Real-Time delivers browser-based, real-time data displays; and nVISION Data Bridges can access data from major systems and can write to virtually any relational database system.

Symmetrics was in news in May 2012 when it partnered with BenchmarkPortal (News - Alert) to present a live webinar – “iBenchmark, The Latest Innovation in Call Center Benchmarking Technology.”
