Hosted Call Center Solutions Provider CallMiner Releases myEureka! Version 9.0

CallMiner (News - Alert), a provider of hosted call center solutions including voice and speech analytics solutions, announced the latest release of its flagship Eureka! performance management portals.  


Version 9.0 of Eureka! call center solution now comes with a set of features called myEureka that enables personalized portal functionality to be delivered directly to users. These features are designed to improve sales effectiveness, driving positive customer experience and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations affecting contact centers.

"Until now, contact center analytics has been the preserve of dedicated analysts," said Scott Kendrick, VP of Product at CallMiner, in a statement. "myEureka is the first solution of its kind. According to Kendrick, MyEureka delivers relevant data to stakeholders at every level: from the VP who manages contact centers and/or BPOs to the agent supervisors and then to agent themselves, which enables them to gain direct feedback on performance and where improvement is needed.

CallMiner provides cloud-based solutions to improve agent performance through Voice of the Customer analytics across all channels. The company has realized the need to roll out pervasive business intelligence across businesses and deliver solutions that distribute insights and directly empowers people to take action. The myEureka call center solutions are delivered to address these demands from customers.
