Voice and data systems integrator MAC Source Communications has said that it will install Esna Technologies’ (News - Alert) (Esnatech) Office-LinX UC platform in enterprises across North America.
Davide Petramala, executive vice president at Esnatech, said that MAC Source (News - Alert) has deep expertise in the enterprise market space and they know how to deploy solutions that optimize business infrastructure.
“We are very pleased to partner with MAC Source to bring robust UC solutions to customers across North America,” Petramala said.
It’s seen that in today’s competitive market, the pressure on enterprises to improve productivity and reduce costs is growing. And as a result, the move toward cloud-based solutions is significantly increasing.
Company officials said that the flexibility and efficiency of anytime, anywhere access to information enhances employee productivity. In addition, it also improves customer responsiveness, often at a lower cost than on-premise systems.
Thanks to the combination of the rich UC services provided by Office-LinX and the technical and systems integration expertise of the MAC Source team, small- to medium-sized business (SMB) can now quickly deploy a UC solution that increases worker productivity and collaboration.
“Esnatech provides our customers and prospects a cloud-based unified communications option with multiple applications that scale across the enterprise,” said Tom Donahue, vice president of sales at MAC Source.
Esnatech is a provider of cloud-enabled unified communication solutions. The company’s Office-LinX platform provides today's hybrid enterprise with mobility, presence, and messaging applications that significantly improve workforce productivity.
Earlier in January, Esnatech announced the release of version 8.5 of Office-LinX, a unified communications platform that enables enterprises to integrate UC with cloud-based technologies such as Google Apps, VMware Zimbra, Salesforce.com (News - Alert), and Microsoft BPOS/Office 365.
