Arizona-based M2 Telecomhas signed an exclusive sales agent agreement with Pittsburgh-based wholesale telecommunications provider VoIP Innovations.

As per the terms of this agreement, M2 Telecom has now become the exclusive sales and marketing channel for VoIP Innovations (News - Alert)' wholesale and Retail Voice-over-Internet-Protocol solutions. 

VoIP Innovations’ wholesale VoIP Platform is designed for carriers, service providers and resellers and includes; backoffice provisioning tools, API tool and programming documentation, Daily CDRs for invoicing and nearly 80,000 DIDs ready to be provisioned in over 7,500 rate centers, both domestic and international termination as well as month-to-month agreements and so-on.

Further to the exclusive sales agent agreement, the company also clarified that Corey Potts, has been named the vice president of Sales for this effort, while Nick Medina has been named vice president of Business Development. Nick Medina as the CEO of M2.

Potts was also a founding partner in M2 and has been VP of Sales for GlobalPOPs (News - Alert)since 2002.
