prairieFyre Software and AudioCodes Intro Contact Center Solution with ACD Software for Microsoft Lync

Today, prairieFyre Software unveiled the field verification trials for prairieFyre Contact Center and AudioCodes SmartTAP 2.0 call recording for Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync. Both of these contact center services provide a complete contact center solution for customers who have chosen Microsoft Lync 2010 as their enterprise voice platform.


prairieFyre contact center solutions has been used by more than 8,000 customers in over 70 countries across the globe. Customers have leveraged prairieFyre’s services to create an affordable and a feature-rich solution that is ideal for enterprises looking for a 5- to 200-agent contact center compatible with Lync Server 2010.

prairieFyre's Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is a modular software suite developed on the Voice-over-IP and UC architecture of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 for small- to medium-sized contact centers looking to combine the enterprise voice features of the Lync platform with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) and management applications. And with more than 17 years of call recording experience, SmartTAP offers customers a quality call recording solution for Lync.
