IPsmarx (News - Alert) Technology, a developer of VoIP software products and solutions, confirmed that its SIP-based softphone app Breeze is now available on the BlackBerry 10 platform, including the z10, q10 and q5.

The BlackBerry (News - Alert) 10 version of the Breeze SIP-based softphone offers end-users with good voice quality, advanced functionality and attractive features such as in-app sign ups and account recharge. Apart from these, it also provides the standard functionality of traditional dialers, including voicemail, caller ID and contact list display.
By bringing Breeze to smartphones, service providers can now retain customers who might otherwise switch softphones when they switch smartphones, says the company. All versions of the Breeze SIP-based softphone, including the BlackBerry 10 version, can be combined with other award-winning IPsmarx solutions.
