The Flowfinity mobile enterprise application software is improving the efficiency of Freedom Health’s field sales operations. The Florida-based health insurance provider is using a completely customized mobile application that successfully captures sales information for health insurance policies.
Prior to using Flowfinity, Freedom Health employees used laptops and paper forms that contributed to administrative costs and decreased productivity of sales reps in the field. The customized mobile application frees users from processing thousands of paper applications without requiring any formal training in programming.
Due to its flexibility, Flowfinity was able to easily replace existing sales forms and support all business processes on mobile devices. In addition, Freedom Health was able to capture offline data and provide support for offline lookups of critical data with the solution.
Freedom Health’s field sales operations will be able to enjoy real-time access to corporate information on mobile devices following integration between Flowfinity and the existing back-end systems of the health insurance provider.
"We evaluated a number of enterprise mobility solutions, but Flowfinity was the only solution that met our requirements for offline data capture, integration, and ease of configuration," said Kevin Adhia, vice president of Information Systems, Freedom Health. "Flowfinity enabled us to build a complex mobile information system, customized specifically for our business, in just two weeks."
Flowfinity Wireless provides a proven, fully customizable solution for building enterprise mobile applications without programming. The company was in news last month for announcing the release of the updated version of its software supporting cross-platform enterprise app creation without programming.
Offered with an extended offline feature set for mobile enterprise applications, Flowfinity Actions 7.5 enables enterprise users to be more productive from wherever they are.
Version allows users to switch between multiple Flowfinity apps with or without network connectivity and filter offline lists by a location-based lookup.
