Recently, Reveille Software introduced a fully hosted application performance management solution, which is delivered both on-premises and via the cloud. The cloud version of the solution will be commercially available in Q1 2014 with subscription-based pricing.
Designed specifically for ECM-based applications, Reveille's APM (News - Alert) solution offers secure, real-time application performance and actual end-user experience monitoring. This helps IT prevent delays or service level disruptions.
Officials said that solution monitors high-risk processing thresholds, including service delivery attainment, operational efficiency and compliance violations. It also alerts IT to application performance degradation and helps remediate potential issues.
In a statement, Bob Estes, president and CEO of Reveille, said, "Organizations with large-scale ECM deployments are increasingly taking them into a shared services environment and need to proactively monitor, manage and report on service levels and processing KPI data."
He further added, "The hosted version of Reveille not only enables rapid installation and visibility into business-critical ECM applications, but also provides the cloud economics of reducing fixed operating costs and scaling to changing business needs."
Multi-application ECM deployments, such as IBM FileNet P8, EMC Documentum, Kofax, EMC Captiva, EMC Document Sciences xPression and Microsoft (News - Alert) SharePoint, are fully supported by Reveille.
Information from various applications is gathered by a patent-pending ECM data collection capability. Later on, findings are presented through friendly, graphical dashboards and reports for both IT and business-level consumption.
The Reveille APM Solution successfully combines Reveille’s APM platform and Reveille’s Management Consoles for ECM. Additionally, it incorporates an agentless approach for rapid implementation by ECM application administrators.
Reveille Software was included in the list of "Cool Vendors in Content Management 2013" by Gartner (News - Alert), Inc, a global information technology research and advisory company.
