Recently, FindMyHost.com interviewed Josh Ewin, vice president of marketing at DedicatedNOW, to get his ideas on the subject of dedicated servers.

According to Ewin, “Our fully managed line of servers was launched our several years ago and remains our core product line. That being said, every month we turn up new high-availability clusters and assist many clients with managed dedicated and managed colocation services. We have several new services in the hopper, including Managed Exchange, CDN and our new cloud product.”

DedicatedNOW relies on a solid background to provide its services -- multiple points of redundancy and all Tier1 Providers are there to rely on.

Its data center has a multi Gigabit bandwidth network powered through two independent POP's 111th NYC and 165 Halsey (Equinix (News - Alert)) NJ while hosting a number of network routers, load balancers, firewalls, Internet servers, and switches. DedicatedNOW’s data center can accommodate private cages, large server farms, and suites.

But there are still challenges. Ewin said, “Consistency. There are many aspects to running a quality hosting company, but when it comes down to it, if we don’t consistently provide extremely high value to our clients, then we’ve failed. We’ve been very fortunate to have the staff and infrastructure to consistently provide that kind of value.”

Regardless of any difficulties the company might face, Ewin seemed confident that DedicatedNOW’s managed hosting services will continue to grow on a customer-focused premise.

After all, the objective of DedicatedNOW is to work in association with its customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that help them flourish amidst the competitive business environment. It has carved a niche for itself with its extensive experience, customized solutions in a relatively short span of time.
