CoreMatrix Announces QuickCloud Service Packages for Salesforce.com Implementations

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

CoreMatrix Systems, a leading cloud computing consulting and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) deployment company, announced the launch of QuickCloud with three variations – QuickCloud, QuickCloud with Campaigns and QuickCloud Data Plus.

The new QuickCloud service helps companies get up and running on Salesforce.com (News - Alert) in as little as five business days, company officials said.

QuickCloud is the base plan designed to address the implementation of a specific business process (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud). The service delivers an ideal set of basic functionality in five business days at an affordable fixed rate. The basic QuickCloud includes an onsite Analyze Workshop, the basic implementation, end user and administrator training, e-mail integration with Outlook or Lotus Notes, and a customized Configuration Workbook.

QuickCloud with Campaigns includes all components of the base plan plus one extra day for configuration and deployment of the Salesforce.com Campaign Management functionality, company officials stated.

QuickCloud Data Plus plan addresses the data migration requirements of customers. QuickCloud Data Plus plan adds 40 hours of CoreMatrix consulting and implementation services to the QuickCloud base plan.

Customers, who choose QuickCloud Data Plus plan, may use the additional hours for data migration or other business requirements, such as campaign management, custom forecasting, custom workflows, report generation or new dashboards.

QuickCloud Data Plus also addresses the specific, critical CRM requirements of Salesforce.com customers within two weeks from the start of implementation, as well as data migration or other needs that require additional consulting.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for companies who need to deploy the ‘meat and potatoes’ of Salesforce.com and want to control costs and realize the return on their investment quickly,” explains Paul Nix, co-founder of CoreMatrix (News - Alert), in a statement. “The program is intended for new customers who need expert assistance with the initial setup of the application.”

Back in April, CoreMatrix Systems announced partnership with Navajo Systems, a provider of Virtual SaaS solutions, to deliver completely secure and compliant global data solutions in the cloud. The partnership enables customers, who were once reluctant to deploy cloud solutions due to data security or regulatory compliance concerns, to be able to enjoy all the benefits of cloud based solutions.
