Schwab Advisor Services Picks Three Vendors for Customer Service Software

According to RIABiz, the RIA custodian “picked Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM and SalesFfrce – two brand names not readily associated with financial advisors — in addition to Junxure, a widely used CRM software that is already tied closely to Schwab.”

The industry journal cited executives who said the integrated platform would likely be launched by this time next year.

“It was somewhat surprising … because industry surveys don’t indicate that Microsoft and Salesforce are that high up on people’s list,” RIABiz quoted Joel Bruckenstein, a technology consultant who produces Technology Tools for Today, as saying.

RIABiz speculated that Schwab could be placing its emphasis on “satisfying the biggest, fastest-growing RIAs who need software built foremost for scaleability.”

In August TMC’s (News - Alert) Jayashree Adkoli reported on the release of Junxure Version 8.7. “Junxure, a flagship product of CRM Software, is a customer relationship management and office management technology platform designed for financial advisors. According to the company, Junxure is used by more than 9,000 financial professionals.”

The latest version of Junxure is housed with many enhancements for deeper portfolio management integrations and advanced functionality to - better manage client data; provide efficiencies; and enhance advisor productivity.

According to CRM Software officials, the Version 8.7 of Junxure is provided with a new PortfolioCenter Import Wizard. This enhanced integration for PortfolioCenter in Junxure 8.7 is an interface that provides broader and more customizable data integration to include Account-level as well as expanded Asset-level data.

The Junxure Version 8.7 can automatically handle incoming emails through the Junxure Outlook Inbox Routing enhancements. This feature allows users to route and block emails by email address, domain, and subject content.
