Amae Software Enhances its �Solution Made Easy� Product Suite

Amae Software has joined forces with Voice Print, Pipkins and Syntora, three of contact center industry’s software solution providers to extend Solution Made Easy, the product suite of contact center solutions.
The partnership provides a comprehensive Workforce Optimization solution that takes into account internal operational metrics, and external, customer driven metrics. The agreement will allow the companies to build management solutions that systematically enable them to maintain the delicate equilibrium between cost and quality.
