Aspect, a provider of customer contact and Microsoft platform solutions, has been named a leader in CRM industry by publication announced in March.
The company said that it has been named leader for the fourth consecutive year. “This validation of Aspect’s (News - Alert) (News - Alert) Workforce Optimization leadership from customers and analysts is another valuable data point in confirming that Aspect’s full-featured workforce optimization suite is delivering the next generation of customer contact today,” said Gary Barnett (News - Alert) (News - Alert), executive vice president and chief technology officer at Aspect.
According to the analysts, the company was acknowledged for “having a clear and well-articulated company direction, several strong partnerships, a broad workforce optimization product line, and a reputation for exceptional customer care.”

Stockford said that the company’s unified communication-enabled workforce optimization solutions provide solid capabilities for contact centers. “This enables effective control of costs, enhance service levels and align performance to support strategic goals while bringing greater insight to the management and improvement of the overall customer experience.”
Earlier this month, Aspect was named the Global Market Share Leader for the outbound dialer systems market by Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) (News - Alert) based on product revenue in 2009.
