Nimble Launches Nimble Contact Beta Version at DEMO Spring 2011

Nimble, a leading provider of social CRM solution has recently announced the launch of its latest product, Nimble (News - Alert) Contact. Nimble Contact is the long-awaited social CRM platform that successfully combines relationship management and social engagement into an affordable web-based solution. The beta version of the solution was launched at the recently held DEMO Spring 2011 conference.


In a release, Jon Ferrara (News - Alert), CEO of Nimble said that, "The problem today is our contacts and our communications are in too many places. Between IM, text messaging, LinkedIn (News - Alert), Facebook, Twitter, Skype and email, we can't keep track of it all. Trying to manage all of this in eight different tabs on your browser isn't the solution. We created Nimble to solve our own needs and we're bringing it to the world to help small businesses solve theirs."

Nimble Contact was created Ferrara and is the only product which combines contacts, calendars, emails and social media in one solution, and provides the 4 Cs–contacts, calendar, communications and collaboration. This will enable small businesses to effectively manage the way they see, hear and connect with their company's most important asset, their business contacts.

Mary Wardley, VP of CRM and enterprise applications at IDC (News - Alert) and an industry expert added that, "Seeing Nimble for the first time reminds me of the Alice in Wonderland story, going down the rabbit hole. Let Nimble navigate to the information social, communications and transactional based while you enjoy the ride. It's a rethinking of CRM in a social world."

Some of the key features of Nimble Contact include One Unified Solution, in an all in one easy-to-use interface; Social Listening by monitoring social media websites from one screen; Social Engagement with Nimble's unified inbox; works with customer’s existing tools; easy to use; Web-based solution and requires no set-up or maintenance; and secure with encrypted security and redundant servers are built to keep the information safe.
