MyBusiness CRM, a global provider of integrated SaaS (News - Alert) CRM, timesheet and project management solutions, has launched its new browser-based mobile application.
Designed to further enhance the MyBusiness cross-platform offering, the MyBusiness Web-based mobile CRM is the first in an exciting new range features to be launched over Q1 2011.
This new browser-based application has been tested successfully on the iPhone 4, Blackberry 6, Android, and Nokia (News - Alert) N97, and can be accessed from any smartphone.
According to a release, the user can upgrade to a new phone, or switch between devices with no interruption to their access and no synchronization required with the CRM system.
Users will be ensured of the security because the system does not require the user to store sensitive information on the mobile device.
“MyBusiness is delighted to introduce our new browser-based mobile application, enabling our clients to access crucial, time-sensitive data from their mobile phone,” said Ilan Zrien, CEO of MyBusiness CRM. “We are confident that this new online mobile channel will serve to maximize client profitability, by placing up-to-the-minute information at their fingertips wherever they are.”
Zrien continued: “This is the first in a series of applications that includes Google (News - Alert) Apps synchronization and a new Facebook application, to be launched in the current quarter, in our efforts to consistently bring fresh channels of communication and innovative means of data sharing to our clients, enabling them to extend their reach and create a deeper and more meaningful connection with their customers.”
