CRM Software Blog Offers Microsoft Dynamics Estimator Tool

The decision to launch or forgo use of CRM software can largely depend on the price. An organization often has to consider not just the price to implement the platform, but also the costs associated with the upkeep, and continued operation.

One option that allows the organization to get around costly up-front implementations is that of on-demanded solutions, such as those found in Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM. In a recent release, the cost question was examined.

Pulling from information shared in the CRM Software blog, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experts shared their insight into the true cost of this CRM software platform. The good news is that interested buyers can now use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Quick Quote Cost Estimate tool to determine pricing for the Microsoft platform, whether they want online or on-premise solutions.

This quick quote tool enables interested buyers to calculate the software license fees, as well as the cost of implementation and training provided by an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner. Buyers can use this tool not as a proposal builder, but instead to get a fairly accurate estimate to begin their budgeting process.

This CRM software estimation tool was launched on January 1, 2011 and in the first 30 days of availability, 77 companies had already requested a Dynamics CRM Quick Quote. Of those companies, 41 percent selected the Dynamics CRM On Premise option, and 58 percent selected the online option.

The average number of employees among the companies using the tool was 123, and the average number of CRM users requested for pricing was 63. Of those companies that had selected to choose to list their current CRM software, 23 percent were using Salesforce.com (News - Alert).

According to CRM Software Blog Manager, Anya Ciecierski, the CRM Software Blog receives 15,000 visitors each month and has been rapidly growing. The release of this latest CRM quote tool is considered a benefit to the blog’s readers and members.

Any time a company requests a Dynamics CRM Quick Quote, they also are referred to a local Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner who is also a member of the CRM Software Blog. One such partner, closed a 16-seat CRM Online deal within one week of receiving a CRM Quick Quote referral from the CRM Software Blog.

One member, Tom Rogers (News - Alert) from Intellitec Solutions, noted that while his company spends a lot of money on Pay- Per- Click, he feels the clicks they are getting from the blog sites are better quality—as they are from business decision makers doing actual research.
