CRM Software: Dental Practice Management Company Succeeds with NetSuite OneWorld

ClearChoice Management Services, a fast-growing dental practice management company, announced today that it has gone live on NetSuite Inc.’s NetSuite (News - Alert) OneWorld global ERP solution. ClearChoice replaced 92 separate instances of Microsoft Dynamics GP with the NetSuite OneWorld solution. NetSuite OneWorld's superior ERP capabilities provide an unprecedented rollup of ClearChoice's complex subsidiary operations in 34 locations, supporting the company's goal to become the household name in dental implants. With room to grow and rapid expansion plans, ClearChoice already has one of the highest subsidiary totals of all NetSuite OneWorld customers.


With NetSuite OneWorld, ClearChoice is be able to generate consistent and consolidated financial reports across ClearChoice's large and complex web of over 120 subsidiaries. NetSuite allows ClearChoice clinical and administrative staff to access the information they need in real time, any time they want. NetSuite OneWorld is in use today in ClearChoice's corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village, CO, and surgical practices, providing support for its financial operating needs.

With ClearChoice expecting operations to double within three years and 2011 revenues to reach $160 million, the company recognized that its Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics GP-based systems would not sustain the company through the upcoming crucial years. With a growing number of practitioners and investors seeking visibility into the company's operations, and ClearChoice's own aggressive expansion plans in the balance, the company decided to adopt NetSuite OneWorld on January 1 to benefit from its seamless multi-subsidiary rollup. ClearChoice Management Services manages 26 practice centers throughout the US specializing in innovative dental implants.
