For any company in the telecom industry – especially those focusing on customer relationship management, or “CRM,” or call center technologies – being recognized as a leader in any aspect is more than noteworthy; often, it solidifies the future success for your business.
So for Jobpartners, a European management solutions company, that was given the EMEA Partner Award for Innovation by customer relationship management, or “CRM,” software provider, Salesforce.com.
The reason behind the recognition was for Jobpartners use of Salesforce.com’s (News - Alert) CRM cloud computing platform Force.com to deliver the company’s ActiveRecruiter Business Edition online recruitment solution to the SMB market.
Martin Moran, senior vice president of the EMEA Alliances for Salesforce.com, said that the award is presented to independent software vendors who demonstrate a truly innovative use of Force.com technologies.
“Jobpartners’ commitment to helping companies realize tremendous successes with ActiveRecruiter Business Edition on the Force.com platform is an example of innovation in the cloud,” Moran added.
Jobpartners’ CEO Xavier Marchioni said that the award highlights the company’s use of Force.com to assist SMBs in deploying an enterprise-class recruitment solution across their entire business easily and efficiently.
“In the following year, we plan to integrate even further with Force.com, and are currently looking at possible ways to implement Salesforce.com’s technologies to make our customers’ experiences even better and more deeply integrated into their organizations,” Marchioni added.
Established just last year, Jobpartners is only the second recipient of the Salesforce.com EMEA Partner Award for Innovation.
But that’s not all the management solutions provider has been awarded. In December 2009, the company was also placed in the Visionaries quadrant for Gartner’s (News - Alert) Magic Quadrant for E-recruitment Software.
“To have formal recognition of our ongoing quest for innovative ways to help solve our customers’ problems from industry leaders such as salesforce.com and Gartner is a fantastic way to bring in 2010,” Marchioni said. “Throughout the year, we will be looking to further demonstrate new and exciting extensions to our solutions.”
Launched in October 2009, ActiveRecruiter Business Edition helps SMBs take control of recruitment costs, and improve the management of their online recruitment by centralizing processes.
