Doble Group LLC has announced a new program which it says will maximize effectiveness of Salesforce CRM software.
In a release, Mariano Doble, CEO of Doble Group, said, “Our years of experience working with CRM users have shown that many implementations fail because customers don't have the internal resources or know-how to keep it relevant. Many users do not adjust and re-configure the tool to respond to the changes in processes, and new employees are often not properly trained. In addition, management does not have time to focus on the system. Our new program helps Salesforce users overcome all of these obstacles.”
Doble Group’s program will provide oftware enhancements will be provided which is says will optimize the effectiveness of Salesforce. The specific workflow requirements of users can be met by customizing Salesforce using these enhancements. Doble officials went on to say, “We serve as an optimization consultant to re-adjust the CRM application to align with clients’ selling methods and help create sales methodologies that improve sales effectiveness. In a nutshell, we make Salesforce work the way our clients’ sales teams work and provide best practices to maximize their investment.”
Users who attend this program will be trained on how to get the best out of the system. The program will also provide support to clients as they align Salesforce CRM with their specific sales and customer services processes, thereby enabling them to maximize their investment in the system. General support and optimization packages start at $625 per month. Doble also offers customized packages after consulting with clients on their specific needs.
