Verint (News - Alert) Systems Inc., a successful provider in actionable intelligence solutions, announced that it is going to be hosting a series of webinars continuing through June 28th.
In these upcoming webinars, the company’s subject matter experts will share their views on topics ranging from insurance workforce optimization to best practices in quality assurance and speech analytics to essential aspects of the quality assurance program, a press release revealed.
The event is intended to provide a deeper comprehension for its participants, who will then be equipped to put customer feedback and intelligence into action by deploying industry-leading software and services for speech analytics, workforce optimization (WFO), quality monitoring, workforce management (WFM), and more.
The series, which starts June 6 at 2 p.m. EST, will also have Oren Stern, vice president of Verint’s voice customer analytics, participating in the roundtable. This panel discussion will highlight how organizations can better understand agent performance, boost contact center productivity, and ensure compliance – all while enhancing voice in customer efforts.
Additionally, an Insurance & Technology Webinar with focus on insurance workforce optimization will take place on June 7 with Craig Seebach, Verint's back-office practice director, Insurance & Technology editor Anthony O'Donnell, and Forrester (News - Alert) analyst Ellen Carney steering the session. In addition to this, they will present technology that can help insurers reduce costs, enable more competitive pricing, improve customer service and loyalty, and enhance accuracy and thoroughness.
