Sitel is Among World's Top 100 Outsourcing Providers

Telemarketing and contact center service provider Sitel has been redefining contact center outsourcing with customer care innovation and its global vision. It comes as no surprise that the company has consistently retained its position as one of the industry’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors.

This is the eighth year in a row that the company has made to the Global Outsourcing 100 List by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the global, standard-setting organization and advocate for the outsourcing profession. Sitel was ranked in the Leaders category in this prestigious list, which includes the biggest and best companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services.

With global outsourcing sector becoming increasingly competitive, being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors list is a big achievement. The nominees underwent a rigorous selection procedure based on a set of measurable standards. Each company’s performance was evaluated by a panel of industry-recognized outsourcing leaders. The evaluation was based on four critical characteristics---size and growth, customer references, organizational competencies and management capabilities. Showcasing tremendous innovative capabilities in providing world-class contact center services across a range of industries, Sitel bagged the honor for the eight consecutive year.
